I led an Under the Cap promotion campaign, with the goal to drive sales and increase volume. This was no small task, but I was up for the challenge.

The first step in this process was to create a promotion plan that would effectively achieve our objectives. For this, I worked closely with the Sales Managers and Demand Planner to develop a strategy that would maximize our reach and impact. This included calculating what kind of grand prize we could offer, as well as determining which prizes and winning ratio should be included in the promotion.

Next, I worked with Supply Chain and Brewery teams to design the promotion caps for our products. This was an important step as it ensured that consumers were aware of our promotion when choosing which products to buy.

Finally, it was time for communication. This involved both internal and external messaging about the campaign – letting employees and customers alike know about its success stories and key outcomes achieved through its implementation.

After our promotion product launched in the market, it came time to report on how effective they had been in driving sales and increasing volume. To do this, I compiled data from across all channels where our promotions were active so that we could measure their success against our objectives – ensuring fairness throughout the process.


All in all, it was a successful campaign that saw us achieve both sales growth and increased product volumes across all channels where promotions were active. It was a rewarding experience being able to lead such an initiative from start-to-finish – helping us reach new heights in terms of customer engagement and brand loyalty!
